When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
By booking a service through LabourLink, you agree to pay the specified amount for the service requested. All payments are handled through a secure third-party payment processor. LabourLink acts as a facilitator to connect clients with workers and is not responsible for the execution or quality of the services provided by the workers.
Our Service allows you to post reviews and other content. You are responsible for the content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. You retain any and all of your rights to any content you submit.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
